about us

CoScaler is Scott Jenkins and Rebecca Hand. We have been working with founder-led, early-stage companies for over 20 years in senior finance, ops and general management roles. 

We learned that founder-CEOs often need a detail orientated business partner to help scale their company; someone who can look after the finances, think strategically, mitigate risk (…CFO) but also work with employees at at all levels to help communicate strategy and facilitate program implementations (…COO). Hiring senior roles can be a risky and expensive proposition and, as an early-stage company, you probably need more ‘hands on, doer’ than ‘strategic advisor’.

That’s why we started CoScaler – to pool our experience and help as many companies as we can on a fractional basis covering both strategy and execution. As contractors, we help keep the cost of growth in check while accelerating the scaling journey. 

We have primarily worked in tech but have also helped hospitality and CPG brands; Bootstrapped to Series A, between $0 to $60M in revenue. We have helped achieve successful founder outcomes with growth, profit, and strategic exits. We are British-Americans, with lots of international experience currently based in San Francisco Bay Area (Marin/Sonoma).
